The Venice Marathon as become a very important sport event of Venice. Starting from Stra (a town near Padua), the athlets end their effort in the middle of Venice island.

the 22nd edtion 28th October program:

9.15 a.m. from Piazza Marconi, Strà

11.30 a.m. first arrivals at Riva Sette Martiri in the center of Venice

1 p.m. Award ceremony

Exposport. 16th edition of the traditional fair dedicated to sports and leisure from Thursday 25 to Saturday 27 October

Family Run. Non-competitve 5 km run Saturday 27 starts at 10 am

Pasta Party. Traditional feast of carbohydrates: Thursday 25 3-8 p.m. and Friday 26 and Saturday 27 12-8 p.m.
