Eduard Angeli Venice – Correr Museum St. Mark’s Square
On view are the latest works of the Austrian artist, a leading figure in the contemporary art world and a resident of Venice since 2001.
The solo show offers paintings on rough jute fabrics or on paper, created with coal, chalk and with a meticulous use of color. The subjects are visions, dissolves, omens in a powerfully symbolic and dreamlike suspended narrative.
Open daily 10 am 6 pm entrance at 5 euros or free for Museum pass holders.
On through 8 December.
