We reopen on May 29th!

We are happy to announce that that on May 29th will reopen the hotel with a light menu served in our historic La Caravella Restaurant.

Venice is now at its best, with its touching beauty: no crowds, crystal clear waters and warm temperatures...Do not miss this unique opportunity to see it as it is now, as this will never happen again!  

From our side we have worked hard to sanitize all areas and comply with new regulations; your next stay will need to include some procedures and precautions not previously foreseen, but we assure you that our priority will be to welcome you as we always did, with dedication and passion for hospitality.

What will happen when you arrive at the Hotel

HYGIENE
We have intensified the sanitisation and cleaning of all rooms and common areas. You will find dedicated stations with hand sanitizer. We have tried to diversify the incoming and outgoing routes

INFORMATION
You will find signs with information on the prevention measures taken.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in and check-out operations will be automated as much as possible, favoring electronic payments.

ROOM
Your room will be sanitized several times during your stay, unless, at your request, you do prefer to minimize staff entry. Upon departure an even more careful sanitisation will be carried out.

MASK
You will need to wear your mask at check-in, check-out and to move inside the hotel. Once in the room you can take it off.

BREAKFAST
To comply with the new regulation, we serve a CONTINENTAL breakfast.

CENTRALIZED AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM
Our air conditioning system is checked promptly by qualified personnel who certify the quality of the air.

VISIT THE CITY
Museums and art galleries are open and can only be visited by reservation
