We inform you that to comply with the latest Italian regulations we had to reorganize some of our services.

We apologize for the inconvenience and we hope to be able to return to normal operations soon, but in the meantime here is in detail what has changed:

Changes to services

Breakfast

Due to the very low occupancy of the rooms we had to replace our rich breakfast buffet with a reinforced continental breakfast.

Il Caravellino Bar

The Bar is open every day until 6pm and offers a lunch and dinner service with a light menu even after 6pm for the hotel guests.

La Caravella restaurant

To comply with the new Italian regulations the restaurant is temporarily closed to the public, but we are happy to offer a light menu for lunch and dinner at the Caravellino Bar, even after 6pm for the hotel guests.

Gym & SPA

To comply with the new Italian regulations  the Gym & SPA area is not currently available, but we are waiting to receive instructions from Federalberghi (National Hotel Federation ) so that we can restore the services as soon as possible.

 

A safe stay

We also continue to follow the following procedures to ensure maximum safety for our guests and all our staff:

HYGIENE

We have intensified the sanitisation and cleaning of all rooms and common areas. You will find dedicated stations with hand sanitizer. We have tried to diversify the incoming and outgoing routes

INFORMATION

You will find signs with information on the prevention measures taken.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in and check-out operations will be automated as much as possible, favoring electronic payments.

ROOM

Your room will be sanitized several times during your stay, unless, at your request, you do prefer to minimize staff entry. Upon departure an even more careful sanitisation will be carried out.

MASK

You will need to wear your mask at check-in, check-out and to move inside the hotel. Once in the room you can take it off.

CENTRALIZED AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM

Our air conditioning system is checked promptly by qualified personnel who certify the quality of the air.

 

Unfortunately, at the moment museums and exhibitions are temporarily closed to the public but Venice is a city rich in history, of unique beauty. Even just to get lost in the calli and campielli and admire their characteristic views is worth a visit!
