Nocturnal Secrets Evocations

An all-new program offered by the Office of Tourism (APT) at the Province of Venice celebrates the famous Venetian playwright’s 300^th birthday anniversary with an unusual map of the key places in his career.
The itinerary is accompanied by several related events: a cycle of concerts at the Querini Stampalia foundation; exhibition at the Cassa di Risparmio di Venezia Bank, series of performances presented by students of the University of Venice Ca’ Foscari at the places where once theatres use to stand; and itinerary dedicated to traditional Venetian cuisine and dishes that used to be served at Goldoni’s time, at several famous restaurants and osterie In town.

NOCTURNAL WALKES:
Saturday 6 and 13 October, departing from Campo San Tomà at 9pm (free but reservation required)

CONCURRENT PERFORMANCES:
Friday 5 and 12 October, on Campo San Cassiano, Campo San Moisé, Campo Sant’ Angelo, Campo San Samuele: 9pm to midnight.
