REFUND POLICY

 

 

STANDARD BOOKINGS (ONLINE RATE)

Total cancellation free of charge until 12:00 two days before the day of arrival.

Late cancellation

Charge of 90% of the stay with a minimum charge of 1 night (even if only one night's stay)

No Show

The total cost of the stay will be charged, but the room will be kept available until 12:00 on the day following the first night, in the event that the customer arrives for any subsequent nights. In case of non-contact or arrival within the aforementioned time, the room will be made available for further bookings and the total amount will be charged.

Changes of dates

It is possible to change the arrival and departure dates up to two days before the day of arrival (by 12.00 am) without additional costs.

The cost to change the arrival and departure dates outside the deadlines is €60 per person (adult), it will also be possible to choose other alternative dates (depending on availability), once and there will be no refunds (even partial) if the cost of the room in the new date were to be less than the original or if the stay were to be reduced.

Payment of the difference is required if the new period chosen has a higher rate than the original one.

Partial cancellations

Partial cancellations, beyond the cancellation terms, which reduce the total stay, will result in the total cancellation of the cancelled night(s). Credit card pre-authorisation The 90% pre-authorisation of the stay is made on the credit card provided at the time of booking three days before the arrival date. This pre-authorisation does not imply any charge, but the amount is temporarily "frozen".

The reservation of this special rate, provides that it is not possible to cancel and provides for the immediate debit of the total amount, with exception for the case of death (see refund policy).

NOTICE

Bookings over 3 rooms or exceeding 4 nights are not considered as individual reservations and may be subject to cancellation policies differing from those specified above. 

 

REFUND POLICY

The case of the death of the traveller is the only case for a full refund. The procedure to be followed is stated below:

  • you must contact us exclusively by email informing us of the occurrence even outside the deadlines, by no later than 12:00 on the day following the alleged day of arrival. If not done at the same time, it will be necessary to send the death certificate no later than 5 days from the date of the presumed arrival (12:00). We will refund the full amount.
  • We will accept the death certificate in the following European languages: Italian, English, Spanish, French and German.
  • For other languages, a sworn translation will be required at the Italian consulate of the country of origin to be sent to us within 45 days of the presumed arrival date.
