La Caravella Restaurant deserves to be specially mentioned; opened in 1963, it completes the Hotel Saturnia & International offering with a touch of culinary excellence.
Independent with respect to the Saturnia, and a prominent structure in the Venetian landscape, the restaurant can be enjoyed by guests of Saturnia with more favourable terms. It is run too by the Serandrei family and offers Venetian cuisine with a gourmet and contemporary touch. The wine list will not be easily forgotten.
