I would just like to thank the hotel for a wonderful stay in Venice with our friends. The location, ambiance and very helful staff made the stay extremely memorable. Thank you also for the complimentary Prosecco on my birthday, which was a welcome surprise. I would haver no hesitation in recommending the hotel to anyone - quite outstanding - many thanks.

my husband and I stayed at your wonderful hotel at the end of October 2011, we just want to let you know that your hotel is magnificent. Your front desk staff are extremely helpful and cheerful, infact all staff at hotel are wonderful. You couldnt ask for a better location, our room with its window that opened onto a canal was so romantic and lovely, the decor was exotic and the room was so spacious. We cannot wait to return. I work in the travel industry and will be telling everybody about your wonderful hotel, thank you for making our stay so special.

My wife and I were guests at your hotel in late June of this year. I sent in my review of your hotel with the address that was on the card which you gave me, but I was never able to get through to you to tell you that I had done so. I finally decided to reach you at this e-mail address. We were treated wonderfully during our stay. We especially want to thank the daytime concierge and the wait staff at the restaurant you made us feel like we were really special. Thanks again, and if you could send your calendar to us it would be deeply appreciated.

I have stayed at The Saturnia twice and am hoping to return later this year. I cannot recommend more highly - comfortable, friendly, terrific food and a most convenient location. I would not stay anywhere else. Thankyou
