The most spectacular boating event of the year, with historical costumes procession and rowing competitions

Program of the day:

4 pm Historical Procession

Boats procession with costumed historical figures along the Grand Canal departing from the “Punta della Dogana”

5:10 pm Children rowing race

Course: Castello gardens, St. Mark’s basin, Grand Canal, finish line at Ca’ Foscari.

5:25 pm Women rowing race

Course: Castello gardens, St. Mark’s basin, Grand Canal, Riva di Biasio, finish line at Ca’ Foscari

5:45 pm Regata delle Caorline o dei Sestieri (six oars)

Course: Castello gardens, St. Mark’s basin, Grand Canal, Railway station St. Lucia, finish line at Ca’ Foscari

6:15 pm Regata dei Gondolini

Corse: Castello gardens, St. Mark’s basin, Grand Canal, Railway station St. Lucia, finish line at Ca’ Foscari
